Saryn V. Doucette, M.D.

Gastrointestinal Pathologist

Dr. Doucette received her medical degree from Albany Medical College in Albany, New York, and completed residency training in anatomic and clinical pathology at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Harvard Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts, including a year as chief resident in clinical pathology. She also completed a one-year gastrointestinal and liver pathology fellowship under the direction of Drs. Harvey Goldman, Donald Antonioli and Imad Nasser at Beth Israel Deaconness Medical Center, Harvard Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts. After her fellowship, she served as staff pathologist and director of the gastrointestinal pathology fellowship at Roger Williams Medical Center in Providence, Rhode Island/Boston University School of Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Doucette is board certified in anatomic and clinical pathology, is a member of the Rodger Haggitt Gastrointestinal Pathology Society, American Gastroenterological Pathology Society, American Gastroenterological Association, a fellow of the College of American Pathologists and a member of the United States and Canadian Academy of Pathology. She joined GI Pathology as a Staff Pathologist in 2011.
